Might I add that for any organization with a minimum of public exposure, it is vital that not only both Misters are well aligned, but they do both excel at their respective jobs ?<BR/><BR/>Mark Kingdon seems to have made a lot of the right kind of noises before he picked up that phone (still more effective than Twitter, but that's just a matter of time, you just watch, we'll have you CEO yet) and told Philip he wanted his chair. But let's not forget this is a new game for Philip too.
