I acted in the role as a #1, a director, and it enabled my boss, the CTO to do what he did best. I think #1 should be an egoless role, and doesn't have to cut a figure like Commander Riker, he or she (and a she is much less threatening when things get hot) can be low profile. *just my 2 cents*<br /><br />Ideally, #1 should be in Philip's inner circle already. He needs what in movie-mak...I agree with you 100%. He needs what in movie-making is referred to as the 1st Assistant Director.
