The integration of virtual assistant Siri with the latest Apple iOS 5 created quite a stir today at the Apple event. My favorite part of this announcement is the vision Apple had in 1987 for what was possible, like a personal assistant - the Knowledge Navigator.
Siri was initially launched as an iOS application in February 2010, and by the end of April it was purchased by Apple. Fun stuff.
