Most of my friends know that I am not a huge fan of horror films, except for one. I have seen Stanley Kubrick's The Shining more than a few times, so when Salome sent me to the Real Places, Scary Stories gallery from the Smithsonian I was happy to break out of our hiatus and head back to the studio for episode 10 of our I Have To Tell You Something podcast.

This week, we steal a line from Cohen : I remember you well, at The Stanley Hotel - a real hotel tucked away in Estes, Colorado that inspired Stephen King to write The Shining.
